Dear Partners:

Today Resy is announcing an extension of fee relief - which we first put into effect in March - for all restaurants through the end of June 2021.

We have made this decision as part of our continued effort to provide all the support we can as you continue to weather the storm, and we hope other technology suppliers in the industry will take a similar approach.

While we know this year has been devastating and that the next several months could be the most trying yet, we do see positive long-term signs in the resiliency of consumer demand. It also goes without saying that the creativity of operators and your all-out willingness to grind is inspiring.

As for what comes in the second half of next year, we will look at four key indicators to determine when to resume regular billing, and in which markets. They are: 1) individual restaurant year-on-year performance; 2) market year-on-year performance; 3) the global recovery of travel and entertainment spending; and 4) city-level capacity restrictions. We will provide additional detail as we near Q3’21.
